Bio:

Prior to working at Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ, Dr. Belgio spent six years working at a global Fortune 500 management consulting firm focusing primarily on clients in the financial services industry. She then spent over 15 years leading high-profile, large-scale initiatives as an Assistant Vice President at a global Fortune 500 insurance company.

Her research focuses on better understanding the relationship between rewards and recognition and broader employee engagement. She is currently working to better understand key drivers of employee engagement and job satisfaction for the Generation Z workforce.
