Bio:
Dr. Benjamin Blake is an assistant professor of business administration at Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ's College of Business. Before academia, Professor Blake led teams and managed operations in the New York City fitness and Los Angeles coworking industries. He also worked in nationwide talent acquisition and process compliance at the leading industrial staffing firm in the United States. An interdisciplinary scholar of global work and multinational organizations, Professor Blake studies cross-border career mobility and talent strategy from conceptual and empirical perspectives. His research on international HRM, positive psychology, and work politics have been published in Journal of World Business, Group & Organization Management, and Organizational Dynamics, among others. Professor Blake is a peer reviewer for outlets including Journal of Global Mobility, and he is an active member of the Academy of Management, the Midwest Academy of Management, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
